The Madison Senior Living Business Office Director Appreciates Community Employees

Employee recognition is just as it sounds: recognizing and thanking employees for their hard work and effort. Here at The Madison, we show this appreciation in several ways. From social recognition, milestone awards, or our weekly creative follow-ups (CFUs), we always take a moment for our hard-working team members.

As the Business Office Director, part of my role is to always promote employee appreciation. This past year, my favorite CFU was recognizing our night staff. This team arrives to work to provide exceptional support and service to our residents. It is important to show all our staff how much we appreciate the hard work and dedication they showcase every day.

This is just one example of the many wonderful team members we have. We genuinely believe when done right, employee recognition creates a workplace culture that helps people thrive, promotes retention, and makes us a great place to work, which in turn makes us a great place to live.
