The activities I do to prepare for warmer weather are clean condensing unit coils, change filters, and make sure condensate lines are not clogged. Preparing ahead ensures your home and work will be properly cooled in warm summer months. I also make sure I have an emergency back-up system in place in case we have units that aren’t cooling properly.
